Our new building
We are moving in and out!
The time has finally arrived: Our building is as good as finished - the final touches are being completed - and we are moving department by department. Production and the KiTa have already moved in at the beginning of the year. Now the offices will soon follow!
After a good 2 years of construction, the wait is finally over: We are excited about the modern and motivating working environment in the new KfW40-RAMPA headquarters. All employees will now belocated in one location instead of two which will take our daily collaboration and internal processes to a whole new level.
In addition, the building has finally been given our branding.
Again a lot has happened at our new building!
The facade is in place and the scaffolding that still framed the building in the summer is no longer needed.
The gray facade combined with the generous window fronts allows a fitting impression of how modern the architecture of our new building is.
We can watch from our office window every day how fast the progress on the new building is going. In the pictures you can see how our new driveway was paved in one day.
Windows & facade, screed & electricity
The windows are in, and the facade is taking shape. The scaffolding is still there, but a look behind it shows what a beautiful new building awaits us.

We were also able to capture a few impressions of the inside of the building - It was impressive to stand in the new production hall. The screed is largely applied on the first floor and the electricians are busy supplying every corner of the new building with electricity.
The shape of the future staircases can also already be seen, and on the upper floors, a sense of how large the office capacities will be emerged for the first time.
The concept, long hidden in the architects' drawings, is gradually becoming visible to everyone. The speed at which the various trades are completing their work is truly remarkable! Our anticipation of our new workplace is rising and rising and rising...…
Topping-out ceremony at RAMPA
The time has really come: The facade of our building shell has been completed and we were able to celebrate a beautiful topping-out ceremony on Thursday, March 31, 2022. Since August last year, the construction workers have been tirelessly building floor by floor and were last busy putting the crown on the new building with the roof. We celebrated the achievement of this milestone with our colleagues and the hard-working construction trades.
First, the management thanked all participants and neighbors, then the topping-out ceremony was held. Other highlights were the subsequent barbecue together along with the laying of the foundation stone roll in the walls of our planned community room. It was a successful event all around. The anticipation of the finished building has only increased!

Familie Brügmann legt RAMPAs Grundstein für eine moderne Zukunft in Büchen
On 17.08.2021 the time had come: The foundation stone for the new building in Büchen was laid in a get-together with RAMPA's supporters. At the meeting, the Brügmann family thanked all employees and all private as well as external supporters, who were involved in the extensive planning phase and/or made a great contribution to the next implementation steps. These included the municipality of Büchen and the business development agency as well as the state of Schleswig-Holstein. During the laying of the foundation stone, the sponsoring institutions were invited to ring in the new chapter of RAMPA together. With the handing over of a foundation stone roll to the executing structural engineering company SZ Bau from Schönberg, the final starting signal for the foundation stone laying of the new building was given.
Symbolic starting signal for the new building
The container holds coins from a variety of countries with which it has business ties, in a sign of RAMPA's international commitment. The fastener manufacturer is linked to companies all over the world and sells its products in over 140 countries worldwide. Also included with the cornerstone roll was a daily newspaper, dated the day the foundation was laid, to commemorate the beginning of RAMPA's seminal venture. An enclosed picture with handprints of three generations of the Brügmann family is also intended to express the close connection between RAMPA's traditional, generation-spanning past and its progressive, still family-led future. At the meeting, Mrs. Brügmann expressed her gratitude, without which she would possibly never have brought the project to fruition. We thank Mrs. Brügmann for the great speech, the nice idea with the time capsule and the successful event! On that day, the employees were definitely looking forward to the new building and the associated opportunities for the future.
The start of construction
The parking lot and meadow had to give way so that something new can be built here. The construction workers are working at full speed so that the construction can start soon: They are vigorously spreading the sand over the entire area. And it is slowly becoming visible where the foundation will soon be built.
In the next preparatory step, the workers excavate the area. The superfluous earth is piled up in a heap, which piles up higher and higher every day. Such large mounds are rarely seen in this flat landscape of Schleswig-Holstein...
